Description:

Work Requirements:
  • Must have a proven ability to research new prospects, cold call, and develop new business.
  • Proactive marketing of materials to potential customers on a daily basis.

  • This position requires a minimum three years documented sales success.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Sales Associate

Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic sales person. The goal is to establish and drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with small and large OEMS as well as Tier 1 and II customers. This role is position is to be responsible for identifying specific market opportunities and capturing projects.

Work Requirements:
  • Must have at least 3 – 5 years experience in the selling of Machined Parts such as Gears/Machined Castings & Forgings.
  • Must have existing customer base at Tier 1 and Tier II levels.
  • Be an aggressive door opener and build long-term relationships with new customers.
  • Achieve revenue and profit goals by identifying new opportunities.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Follow up of quotes until they become business.
  • Actively work with customers to solve any customer problems that may arise.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
Preferred Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred in related field or 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Must have thorough knowledge and proven connections to purchasing managers.
